In order to increase the speed of users’ work during the transition to the new architecture of mutual settlements and to reduce the time of transition to the new architecture of mutual settlements on large bases, the procedure of transition to online mutual settlements has been revised.
The transition to online settlement is carried out in two stages.
Stage 1:
- Distribution of pending settlements (actualization of settlements by documents) is started.
- Job registers for the distribution of settlements are blocked (users cannot execute settlement documents).
- Control actualization of calculations by documents is performed.
- According to the data of the accumulation registers "Settlements with Customers", "Settlements with Customers by Documents", "Settlements with Suppliers", "Settlements with Suppliers by Documents", a new data register is filled with the data to be transferred (the register "Settlement Distribution Tasks").
- Job registers are unlocked (users can work).
- The multi-threaded transfer of master data is started. At the same time, the objects of calculations are marked in the migration register, for which users have carried out/revised documents during the data migration.
Stage 2:
- The task registers for the distribution of calculations are blocked.
- Distribution of deferred settlements (actualization of settlements by documents) is started.
- Multithreaded "additional transfer" of the changed data for the time of the transfer is started.
- The constant "NewArchitectureMutual Accounting" is switched, the task registers are unlocked (the transition is completed, users start working according to the new scheme).
A new register "Tasks for settlement distribution" appears.
Constants appeared:
- Number of threads of transition to online mutual settlements – defines the number of threads of transition. If the constant is not set, the number of streams is 8.
- Transition to the new architecture of mutual settlements has been started.
