The stock types in the production stages are in separate tabular parts.
When selecting item stock types, the stock types with negative balances in the storeroom are filled in first.
The material stock types are calculated on a monthly basis using the following algorithm:
- To fill in by stockroom balance: Supply – Savings
- For filling in by unit balances: Expense + Savings – Supply
- The incoming stock types of products are taken into account
Checks of the correctness of direct costs allocated to production batches before calculating the cost price have been implemented:
- When closing a production order, a check is made that there are products in the step chain at the calculated cost whose production month is greater than, or equal to, the month of extreme material/labor consumption.
- When closing a month, a check is made that there are no costs in future periods for batches closed in the current one. Batch closure for orders without specifications is determined by the status of the production order, for other orders – by the absence of stages in the status of not completed, with the maximum due date in the current month.
